Mission

My mission (and I chose to accept it) is to bring awareness to ‘the importance of feeling good about ourselves.’ I believe it is the most important thing for our health and well-being. If we don’t feel lovable, worthy, good enough and empowered, nothing else matters. When we feel good about ourselves, we can handle any experience that comes our way!

Secondarily, it is to encourage people to be kind, compassionate, generous, grateful and forgiving. Kindness can save humanity and nothing makes you feel better about yourself than being kind!

Thirdly, it is to provide information, based on my experience, to assist people who are coping with and striving to overcome Parkinson’s.

  1. Fred, you are absolutely correct! The absence of a consistently strong and growing sense of ‘self-appreciation’ is evidence of dis-integration at the core. Nobody in their right mind would choose to be rotten to the core! But this is precisely what happens when our priorities are the wrong. As you have written, our cultural model is broken (backwards) which explains why it is also ‘broke’.
