I think it was decred/dcrwallet@2e35d09 so now the vsp fee is dust on our simnet. Bumping up the fee to %30 seems enough to not be dust. |

Currently if you try to set yes or no for a tspend it will error so the second commit is needed there. Will put these changes into #3435 after merging |
