go.mod: bump eventsapi_schema to APP_DUMBODB revision
393cca5 
Updates github.com/dolthub/eventsapi_schema to
v0.0.0-20260715220557-d9b4a1c6b4d4, which adds the APP_DUMBODB app id.
Hygiene bump to keep the pin current; dolt itself does not reference it.
