This adds a field for custom tags and processors in the logs integration.

Hi, Idk if this is the place to mention, but the link here is for the past 1.0.0 release instead of the 1.1.0 one which is this one #4568.
This duplicates the link to the PR and is confusing in the official https://docs.elastic.co/integrations/log documentation.
