This updates mergify setting to make it work with #1827
Maybe we can entirely remove "status-success" part, because, as shown in https://github.com/haskell/haskell-language-server/pull/1852/checks?check_run_id=2641030076, it looks like mergify bot now follows the branch protection rule to find necessary checks.
