Welcome to the Helpy wiki!

Helpy is a mobile first, modern helpdesk alternative. Helpy is written in Ruby on Rails, and features email integration for support tickets, a search enabled knowledgebase, and community discussion forums.

Helpy is a cloud application, meaning there are quite a few different ways to host it. Here are some of the easiest:

• 30 Second (one click) Install on DigitalOcean
• One-line Docker Installer on Ubuntu 18.04
• Build up a Server on Ubuntu 18.04
• Installing on Heroku

The default Helpy email address is admin@test.com and the default password is 12345678 when you first install. You will be prompted to change this when you begin using the system.
