Angular2 simple project with Webpack.

• Node.js

1. go to the root folder of this project on command line

   $ cd /PROJECT-ROOT

2. install dependency files

   $ npm install

3. start dev server

   $ npm start

4. open browser and access to http://localhost:8080
