New features / customizations for MAXIV

Hi,
I added some new features/customizations:

• Add the possibility to create a new protein. Only authorized roles can add protein. You can define the list of roles in the config.js file
• Add a new crystal form. In the Crystal form tab of the proteins list I added the button to add a new crystal form.
• Some MAXIV customization removing A-form and adding the proposal title column in the main page, changing EUR to SEK, only Unipuck in the puck type list ...
• Add a button to delete a shipment. Only if there are now datacollection associated to it.
  I added an header to fix a CORS problem

Not sure my merge request include all files needed. I added allow_add_protein_roles in config.js and I cannot find it...
