Changes
In order to address #106 which arose from the base title and patch title using different tickets. I implemented the following:
--tikcan now be used multiple times to import multiple ticketstitle.keysformat is now supported. Long standing issue that improves the usability of NSTool as this is a popular format for dumping title keys from a console, and supplying them to other tools.Documentation was updated to reference that title.keys is now supported.
