As an authorized representative of the ORGANIZATION (below) and legally permitted to execute agreements on its behalf, I confirm and certify that the ORGANIZATION in the course of exiting [PLN] and permanently retiring any and all associated hardware as configured for membership in [PLN] have successfully permanently and irretrievably deleted all [PLN] member content from its associated LOCKSS cache and all storage systems now or previously used by the ORGANIZATION. This requirement would include any 3rd party storage systems controlled by, contractually required to act on behalf of, or operated under any other authority of the ORGANIZATION.
