This minor release adds support for Python 3.12

Replace usage of distutils library in favor of shutil library, thus restricting compatibility to Python 3.8+.

PyNCO version 1.1 is the result of amazingly generous help from Tim Heap (@mx-moth).Tim fixed whitespace issues, modernized packaging, updated CI and tests, fixed stdin support, added PyPI publishing, and moved the documentation to Sphinx (https://pynco.readthedocs.io).
