Hi there 👋

I'm Ricardo "Alco" Alcocer — a computer scientist, software engineer, former Developer Relations leader, writer, guitarist, and lifelong builder from Puerto Rico, currently living in Mexico City.

I've been writing software professionally since 1996 and still wake up excited to learn something new.

Most of the repositories you'll find here started as questions:

  • What if...
  • Could this be simpler?

  • How far can I push this idea over a weekend?

Some become useful projects. Others remain experiments. Both are worth building.
