Solve the problem that rate-limiting(429).
Implement multi-fetch pages so never failed in fetching transactions.
Disk cache, optional --request-delay, and retries to be nicer to APIs and faster on re-runs.
Quark Install no longer depends on Unix mv. Git+ shutii works in Windows.l
And gives you filters, exports, and reproducibility hooks the stock that before repo didn’t have.
