Autoplay Atlas Onboarding & Trust Layer

This repo is a greenfield foundation for the product improvements described in Step 1. It focuses on structure, culture, and quality before implementation.

Product summary

This product improves the Autoplay experience by:

  • Clarifying Call to action intent (Start with Atlas vs Book a Demo vs Sign In)
  • Providing a guided, self-serve onboarding flow with a sandbox dataset
  • Adding connector guidance and data quality checks before teams invest time
  • Making claims about intent/friction provable via evidence panels
  • Improving homepage scanability and early proof

Scope

  • In: Call to action routing and information architecture (how the page is organized and labeled), sandbox onboarding, connector checklist, data-quality reporting, evidence panels, proof strip placement (where the trust logos/quote go on the page)
  • Out: full user-level adoption engine, real-time interventions, and playbooks
