Align tonic helper crates with tonic
For default builds that enable the API and sources-vector, these helper bumps split the gRPC stack: tonic-health/tonic-reflection 0.14 pull in tonic/prost 0.14, while the workspace still pins tonic/tonic-build to 0.11 and tonic 0.11 uses prost 0.12 in Cargo.lock. Existing code constructs tonic::transport::Channel/Server and then passes tonic_health clients/services in lib/vector-api-client/src/client.rs, src/api/grpc_server.rs, and src/sources/vector/mod.rs, so those channel/service/message types come from different tonic/prost major versions and the workspace will not type-check; upgrade the whole tonic/prost stack together or keep these helpers on the 0.11-compatible line.

Keep vector-core HTTP types compatible with hyper-proxy
For builds that include vector-core proxy support, bumping headers/http here without bumping hyper-proxy leaves ProxyConfig split across incompatible major versions: lib/vector-core/src/config/proxy.rs imports headers::Authorization and http::uri::InvalidUri, but hyper-proxy 0.9.1 still depends on headers 0.3.9 and http 0.2.12 in Cargo.lock. Calls such as Proxy::new(..., parsed) and set_authorization(...) now pass 0.4/1.x types to APIs expecting 0.3/0.2 types, so vector-core will not compile until these dependencies are upgraded as a set or reverted.

Keep Arrow versions unified across the codec boundary
Default builds enable codecs-parquet, which now pulls Arrow/Parquet 59 through vector-lib, while the vector crate still enables its own Arrow/Parquet 58 dependencies via codecs-arrow/codecs-parquet. That creates two incompatible arrow::record_batch::RecordBatch types across the vector_lib::codecs::BatchOutput::Arrow boundary; for example src/sinks/databricks_zerobus/service.rs expects the root Arrow type when destructuring the codec output, so any build with the Arrow codec path enabled will fail until the root Arrow/Parquet dependencies are bumped in lockstep.

Keep bytecheck aligned with rkyv
The disk buffer code imports bytecheck::CheckBytes directly and uses it in rkyv::check_archived_root validation bounds, but rkyv 0.7.46 still depends on bytecheck 0.6.12 while this line adds bytecheck 0.7.0. The derived/manual CheckBytes impls in lib/vector-buffers/src/variants/disk_v2 now come from a different bytecheck crate than the one rkyv expects, so vector-buffers will not type-check unless rkyv is upgraded to the matching bytecheck line or this bump is reverted.

Update WebSocket message construction for tungstenite 0.29
Default builds include sources-websocket and the sinks bundle includes sinks-websocket, but Tungstenite 0.29 changed Message::Text/Ping/Binary payloads to its Utf8Bytes/Bytes types while the current source and sink still construct variants with String and Vec<u8> directly (for example Message::Text(ping_msg.clone()) and Message::Ping(vec![]) in src/sources/websocket/source.rs). This dependency bump therefore breaks the websocket components until those call sites are converted or the dependency stays on 0.20.

Keep rand_distr on the same rand major
This bump resolves rand_distr 0.6.0 against rand 0.10.1 in Cargo.lock, while the workspace still exposes rand 0.9 and code mixes the two APIs, e.g. rand::rng().sample_iter(&rand_distr::Alphanumeric) in the MQTT source and similar test helpers. Those distributions implement the Distribution trait from rand 0.10, not the rand 0.9 trait required by the workspace RNGs, so features such as sources-mqtt will fail to build unless rand and rand_distr are upgraded together.

Keep vector-config on the same http crate as components
vector-config provides the repository's Configurable impl for http::StatusCode, but after this bump that impl is for http 1.3 while the vector crate still depends on http 0.2 for component config fields such as src/sources/http_server.rs's response_code: StatusCode. The derive macros now require Configurable for the root crate's http 0.2::StatusCode, which no longer has the impl, so generated schema/docs builds for those components will fail unless the component-side http dependency is upgraded at the same time or this crate stays on 0.2.

Keep macro helpers on one syn major
The macro crates now parse their inputs as syn 3 types, but darling 0.23 in the updated lockfile still builds its FromMeta/NestedMeta/span helpers against syn 2. Code in lib/vector-config-macros and lib/vector-config-common passes parsed syn attributes and meta items directly into darling APIs, so the proc-macro crates will fail to type-check until darling also supports syn 3 or these dependencies stay on the syn 2 line.
