Reverse HTTP/HTTPS proxy based on Vert.x, written in Ceylon

Since the "old" branch, the main proxy code was ported to Java into separate project https://github.com/NitorCreations/nitor-backend as Proxy.java; it has since been enhanced with HTTP/2 and websocket support.
