Generate JSON schema for our JSON (v1) output #2190

#2186 reminded me of this: right now we have a JSON schema for zizmor's config, but it would be nice for us to emit one for our --format=json-v1 output format as well.

We'll probably want a similar approach, where we annotate the output types and plumb into make generate-schema.
