We need all a site administrator to
1.) select (check boxes) rss items to publish, (essentially allowing them to filter out items in a feed),
2.) to optionally tag the individual feed items (essentially determining which view they'll be included in)
3.) optionally override the item title.
Any recommendations on modules / examples / approaches appreciated. It seems Views Bulk Operations doesn't support aggregation items, is that so?

Confusion over Aggregator vs Feeds
I think I got mixed up between core Aggregator and project/feeds. I've been using feeds to bring in content from cvs, but then when I started experimenting with bringing in rss content, I stumbled into Aggregator. So these are two different ways to skin the cat, no?
/admin/config/services/aggregator (with Aggregator enabled)
/admin/structure/feeds (with Feeds enabled)
presumably Feeds is the way to go here, since that will get me in the VBO game?
