We are very much in the position to say that Microfinance and Microcredit are re-writing the developing world's socio-economic dynamics.

As per the report by mixmarket the 1810 MFI organization are operating in various part of the world with a gross loan portfolio of USD 39.5 billion (upto 2008) and distributed among USD 71.6 million borrower with average loan balance per borrower USD 572.8.
