Another of the large Castle Peak Road mansions that was redeveloped (along with a neighbouring property) into a luxury housing estate - Aquamarine Garden.
Original lot No P.S.I.L (Ping Shan Inland Lot?) 7.

According to Govt aerial images, the property was still intact in Sep 1990, but the site had been cleared by May 1992, so I have tentatively set the demolition to Jan 92. Corrections welcome. The earliest I think I can see the house is in the 1949 aerial images, so the build date was perhaps post-war?
