The 38th America's Cup in Naples is more than a sporting challenge - it represents a unique opportunity to accelerate environmental and urban regeneration in Bagnoli. As a member of the Joint Venture in charge of the Feasibility Study and of the Works Supervision of the AC38 works in Bagnoli, we served as technical coordinator of the study, and we are currently overseeing both construction supervision and health and safety supervision activities. Building on our track record as the technical coordinator of the preceding Bagnoli remediation project, the AC38 project enabled us to combine multidisciplinary expertise in maritime infrastructure and deliver to the ambitious timeline and quality standards required for a major international sporting event with global visibility. Throughout the project implementation, our team is enabling a coherent, sustainable, and integrated vision for the area, ensuring that the AC38 infrastructure reinforces the long-term environmental and urban regeneration of the area. By aligning effective and AC38 tailored engineering solutions with the broader remediation objectives, the project supports the successful delivery of a world-class event and accelerates the creation of lasting value for the territory and a resilient legacy for the local community. #GrowWithRINA

Today we are making available a new digital access point to our learning hub. A single global online platform bringing together a continuously evolving catalogue designed to address concrete business needs, compliance requirements, and skills development. The platform provides one centralised access point for standard courses, complex programmes, and corporate academies, while remaining close to local markets through progressively localised content, dedicated learning paths, and country-specific regulatory and industry requirements. Users can identify learning paths starting from specific professional objectives, combining technical, regulatory, and operational content across the full learning lifecycle. From safety management to compliance and quality, from energy transition to artificial intelligence, each path is designed to support the practical application of competencies in industrial and organisational contexts. Automated enrolment, compliance tracking, and reporting capabilities reduce manual effort while ensuring visibility for both organisations and learners. At the same time, the platform integrates with existing HR and IT systems, supporting alignment with each client’s digital strategy and enabling blended learning approaches. Whether the need is for off-the-shelf courses or fully customised programmes, the platform supports both, making it possible to scale from individual professionals to enterprise-wide initiatives. With this platform, we bring this experience into a single, scalable digital environment, accessible to professionals, SMEs, and organisations looking for targeted learning solutions. Start from the exact business challenge you need to solve. Discover our new platform ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dzYuyH4K #GrowWithRINA

The 7th Annual Women in Tech Global Conference 2026 comes to a close today, marking four days of meaningful discussions around inclusion, innovation and leadership in technology. Yesterday, we took part in the Career and Growth Summit, contributing to a global dialogue focused on professional development, career pathways and the evolving role of technology in shaping opportunities. As part of our partnership with WomenTech Network, we contributed to the programme with two sessions addressing complementary perspectives. Shaping Careers with Purpose” highlighted how continuous development, adaptability, and inclusive environments enable meaningful and sustainable career progression, while “Discover RINA: Who We Are and Why We Chose It” provided an inside look at our company, values, and impact through personal career choices. Our sincere thanks to Silvia Semenza, Marzia Basso, Margherita Cioffi and Irene Fontana for sharing their expertise and perspectives with a global community. As this edition concludes, the importance of creating spaces for open dialogue becomes even more evident, bringing together diverse experiences to shape more inclusive and future‑ready professional environments. #GrowWithRINA

Cities are no longer static systems. They evolve continuously, shaped by data, technology and informed decision making. Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way urban renovation is approached. By leveraging advanced language models, large volumes of information can be analysed efficiently and converted into structured, actionable insights. This supports more informed planning, stronger coordination and renovation strategies designed to reduce disruption while enhancing the long‑term value of urban environments. In this video, our Jairis Alvarez and Gianmarco Verrelli share insights on how, through initiatives such as BUILDCHAIN-PROJECT, we apply these technologies in practice, strengthening data‑driven renovation planning and supporting the development of cities that are more resilient, adaptive and future‑ready. #GrowWithRINA

We have recently contributed to the Structural Health Monitoring System (SHMS) of the Storstrøm Bridge, a major transport infrastructure connecting key regions of Denmark. On behalf of the Storstrøm Bridge Joint Venture, with Itinera as main contractor, we designed and installed the SHMS covering critical components of the bridge. The system includes 3D and 2D accelerometers, GPS stations and dynamic inclinometers to monitor global movements; sonic distance sensors at expansion joints; fibre optic sensors embedded in the deck for strain and temperature monitoring; and an extensive corrosion monitoring network addressing both carbonation-induced and localised pitting corrosion. All monitoring data converge into a centralised server and dedicated dashboard, enabling real-time visualisation and analysis of structural behaviour. This contribution reflects close collaboration with project partners and supports the delivery of advanced, reliable structural health monitoring solutions for large-scale bridge infrastructures. #GrowWithRINA

Over the past week, we hosted professors from Eduardo Mondlane University - Mozambique, at our Genoa offices for an intensive R&D training programme, delivered as part of a three‑year Technical Assistance project developed with Università degli Studi di Genova. The training focused on transferring operational capabilities across the full lifecycle of research and innovation projects, with a strong emphasis on real‑world application rather than theory. The sessions addressed concrete topics, including: - understanding EU and international funding programmes and how to identify relevant opportunities; - translating strategic priorities into solid project concepts and proposals; - structuring R&D proposals around excellence, impact and implementation; - managing projects once funded, including planning, reporting and change management. The initiative represents a concrete step in strengthening institutional research capacity, enabling universities to develop sustainable grant ecosystems, international collaboration and long‑term innovation strategies. This is how we contribute to building research capability and turning knowledge into applied, verifiable skills for people. #GrowWithRINA

A look back at our experience at Seatrade Cruise Global 2026. This video captures the conversations we shared with clients and partners at our stand, and the perspectives exchanged across the cruise and ro‑ro passenger sector. From decarbonisation pathways to the role of digital solutions, the focus remained on environmental performance, operational efficiency and the actions needed to support safer fleet operations. We look forward to continuing this dialogue and to connecting again at the next Seatrade event. #GrowWithRINA [video by Matteo Paolillo]
