Submit ideas for Google Workspace

If you have an idea for a Google Workspace product, you can submit it in the Google Admin console. You and your users can also submit ideas and feedback from a Workspace service.

Submit a feature idea in the Admin console

  1. Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.

    If you aren't using an administrator account, you can't access the Admin console.

  2. On the side, at the bottom, click Send feedback .
  3. In the Send feedback to Google panel, enter the feature details.
  4. (Optional) To add a screenshot, click Capture screenshot.
  5. Check the We may email you for more information or updates box.
  6. Click Send to confirm.

Submit an idea or feedback in a Workspace service

  1. Sign in to your Google Workspace account.
  2. Choose an option:
    • In Gmail, at the top, click Support and then Send feedback to Google and then Suggest an idea.
    • From a file in Google Docs, at the top, click Help and then Help Docs improve .
    • Open Google Slides and at the top, click Menu and then Help & Feedback and then Send feedback .
    • Open Google Groups and at the top, click Settings and then Send feedback to Google.
  3. In the Send feedback to Google panel, enter the feature details.
  4. Click Send or Next to confirm.
