Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with Policy on Personal Data Privacy of AIIB. Any personal data you provide to AIIB through the AIIB Leaning Space will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of processing your registration, enhancing your learning experience, and operating other functions within the AIIB Learning Space. AIIB Learning Space - Terms and Conditions

The AIIB as a multilateral development bank has the purpose to: (i) foster sustainable economic development, create wealth, and improve infrastructure connectivity in Asia by investing in infrastructure and other productive sectors; and (ii) promote regional cooperation and partnership in addressing development challenges by working in close collaboration with other multilateral and bilateral development institutions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions as well as any documents expressly incorporated by reference herein (collectively, “Terms and Conditions”) shall constitute or be construed as a waiver, renunciation or modification by AIIB of any of its immunities, privileges and exemptions accorded to it under the Articles of Agreement of the AIIB, any other international treaty or international convention or any applicable law.

AIIB maintains the Learning Space (the “Site”) as part of efforts to provide specialized training and knowledge to AIIB’s internal and external counterparties for capability building. Your access and use of the Site and all its information and data (“Content”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time by AIIB, as well as any documents expressly incorporated by reference herein.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions and AIIB’s Policy on Personal Data Privacy (PPDP). If you do not want to agree to these Terms and Conditions or the PPDP, you must not access or use the Site.

  • The information contained on the Site is for information purposes only and is subject to our Copyright statement and Disclaimer.
  • As stated in our general Disclaimer, AIIB does not guarantee the accuracy of the data contained in or linked from this work and accepts no responsibility for any consequences of their use.

User Reviews and Feedback
While using the Site’s review and feedback functionality, you agree to:

  • Only provide reviews and feedback that are proper and relevant to the Site and its Content.
  • Be civil and respectful as you engage with others on the Site. AIIB does not allow bullying or harassment. This includes abusive language, revealing others’ personal or sensitive information, or inciting or engaging others to do any of the same. AIIB does not allow unwanted expressions of attraction, desire, or requests for a romantic relationship. AIIB does not allow threatening or inciting violence of any kind.

  • Not do any of the following (non-exhaustive):

    • Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage any digital infrastructure, including the computers of others;
    • Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any Materials that are uploaded;
    • Falsify the origin or source of software or of the contained in a file that is uploaded.
  • Acknowledge that AIIB reserves the right to remove user reviews that are reported or suspected to be in violation with these Terms and Conditions.

AIIB reserves the right to remove or suspend from the Site any individual user or legal entity that fails to follow these Terms and Conditions.
