왜 시간이 자꾸 바뀌는 거죠?

"자동으로 표준 시간대 설정"을 키거나, "레지스트리"에서 편집을 시도하거나, CMOS 배터리를 교체해 보았지만, 작동하지 않았어요! 그냥 차라리 "동기화" 버튼 누르는 것 없이 완전히 시간을 정상적으로 되돌릴 수 있는 방법이 없나요? 도와주세요!!!

I tried pressing "Set time zone automatically", or editing on "Registry", replacing the CMOS battery...but it didn't work! Isn't there a way to completely revert time to normal without just hitting the "Sync" button? Help!!!

    Boot your PC into BIOS and check the date and time in there, is that correct?

    Still, not correct...the time is now messed up...and there's NO WAY to fix the time...so I'm so doomed... (I don't even know why time stops when the computer is turned off...!)

    The time stops when you turn off your PC because of that CMOS battery because it is not powering the BIOS chip, are you sure the battery was replaced with a new one?
