What is Modem?

Modem connects to the places where your users already talk (Slack, Discord, GitHub, Linear, email) and uses AI to make sense of all that conversation. It discovers topics, categorizes feedback, links people across platforms, and gives you a single place to understand what your users actually care about. It also acts on what it finds. For example, Modem can:
  • Create context-rich tickets in Linear from chat conversations
  • Delegate coding tasks to Claude Code, Cursor, or Devin with full user feedback context
  • Draft release notes tailored to specific stakeholders
  • Notify customers when their requested features ship
  • Run recurring digests or react automatically to new PRs and high-priority topics
These can run on a schedule, after specific events, or with direct instruction through the Modem Agent.
