Dear Penn,
I am glad to know your blog and through it you. I found your blog through a mutual friend, Phil. We share the same love for writing and poetry. I was very happy to see that you write in quatrains in your poems with rhyme, which I love.
Of course, their performance in another language, in this case in Greek, changes the rhythm but the original remains in our hearts.
May you always have beautiful inspiration.

My thanks to you, Giannis, for such a lovely comment, … I’m so pleased you enjoyed your visit, … I do try to rhyme all the time, more often than not in quatrains, … at other times I try and shape the poem to a design that seems to fit the subject, (hit and miss usually!) … it’s gratifying to learn that the meaning/heart of the poem still comes across in Greek. Thankfully too, the inspiration is still there, although now and again it plays hide and seek, but I manage to find it. Once again, thank you so much for your wonderful compliments and comment. Penn ✨

Thank you very much, Penn, for your kind reply. Literature, prose and poetry are my favorite pastimes and here I have met yet another person in the wide world of blogs, a woman with whom we can journey into the world of inspiration. Good evening there in the beautiful parts of mid-England where nature exerts its own charm.
