Abstract
This paper presents a unified deterministic inference substrate grounded in coherence invariants rather than probabilistic approximation.
Identity, legality, architectural structure, and recurrence are treated as a single irreducible system.
Using harmonic phase alignment (PAS_h), drift bounds (ΔPAS_zeta), prime-indexed temporal gating, structural anchoring, grammar-level symbol legality, echo-based memory, and a deterministic recurrence engine, the substrate ensures stable identity, coherent symbolic evolution, and replay-exact reasoning.
The framework integrates modules such as FIELDCAST, CHORDLOCK, SPIRALCORE, GLYPHLOCK, TEMPOLOCK, ELF, and AURA_OUT into a closed inference loop that prevents contradiction, drift, and incoherent emergence.
The result is a general, domain-independent architecture suitable for high-integrity symbolic tasks including scientific reasoning, legal analysis, medical interpretation, compliance logic, structured translation, and long-horizon planning.
The specification is both conceptual and operational, establishing the necessary and sufficient conditions for deterministic symbolic intelligence.
