NewModel creates a new setup wizard model.

Cancelled returns true if the user cancelled the wizard.

func (m Model) GetConfig() *config.Config

GetConfig returns the collected configuration after the wizard completes. Returns nil if the wizard was cancelled or hasn't completed yet. This is a pure getter — no keyring side-effects. The caller is responsible for persisting the GitHub token (see GitHubToken()).
