Package cli wires the khook cobra commands: apply, plan, validate, graph, schema, version.

Package engine resolves a Khook document's steps into DAG levels and runs them level-parallel with retries, timeouts, and onError semantics.

Package kube builds the Kubernetes clients khook uses: a dynamic client for arbitrary manifests, a typed clientset for well-known operations, and a shortcut-expanding RESTMapper for resolving resource arguments like "pods" or "daemonset/aws-node".
