Thanks for the comment. I had such fun doing this book. it began when I went to Disneyland and went round and round in the ‘cups’, all manner of things sprang from that experience…have loved all types of cups ever since.

Thanks for your comment WendyB. I have just gone into my blog after two months overseas. I am sure you can make your own handmade book. I think a handmade book about your Mother would be lovely. Maybe you have some small things of hers that would make a lovely collage along with some of her favourite saying etc. You can either gather your own papers and bind them together in a way that relates to your Mom or just simply tie them with a ribbon of our Mom’s colour. Just a thought. I did love the story of your Mom and the journey. Whilst it is sad, it is such a rich human story.
