Buzz is a killerwatt captured by the KGP during the quest Back to the Freezer. During the past segment of the quest, he can be found in the secret bunker on the Iceberg, locked up in prison.

The penguins have been trying to extract energy from him in order to aid in their plans for world domination. He provides the player with 21 energy and informs them how to obtain more and asks them to help him escape.
