Committed is an Invention perk that currently yields no effect following an update to the Wilderness. However, it can still be created in weapon, armour, and tool gizmos.
It previously caused the player to become skulled at all times while the associated item was equipped.
The PvP skull applied by the perk would last for 20 minutes after removing the associated item (as if the player had attacked another player in the Wilderness), unless the item was re-equipped, which would restart the timer and pause it at 20 minutes for as long as the item was equipped. This perk could serve as an alternative to speaking to Mr Ex in Edgeville if players desired a skull for activities such as entering the Bandit Camp or for high risk fights against another player. Following the update, the PvP skull can now be toggled by speaking to Vala.
