A sweet potato is a mega produce version of a raw potato. It is grown using regular potato seeds in allotment patches. Once the patch is fully grown, players can harvest sweet potato by first consuming a harvest potion. Once it is active, sweet potatoes will be harvested instead of regular potatoes.

The sweet potato is a component in the production of a primal starter, which is in turn used to produce a primal feast. To make a Primal Starter players require level 99 Cooking, as well as raw oculi apoterrasaur meat, rainbow sweetcorn, cannonball cabbage, and a sweet potato.
