CB2XML (CopyBook to XML) is a COBOL CopyBook to XML converter written in Java and based on the SableCC parser generator. This project includes utilities to convert an XML instance file into its COBOL copybook equivalent string buffer and vice versa. FSMDesigner is a C++ based implementation for a Finite State Machine (FSM) design tool with integrated Hardware Description Language (HDL) generation. FSMDesigner4 uses the Simple-Moore FSM model guaranteeing efficient fast complex control circuits.

This ASN.1 compiler turns ASN.1 specifications into C code. The asn1c is shipped together with conformant BER/DER/XER/PER codecs. The X.509, GSM TAP3, MEGACO, RRC and LDAP encoding and decoding examples are part of the source code distribution. Converts bitmap file to c/c++ files (usefull for embedded systems with GUI). The color encoding is fully configurable (for example 16bit 5/6/5) and a "preview" bmp file is generated to show how much the picture is altered by the information reduction

Modelio-Open is a project hosting a set of open source extensions (SoaML, SysML and UML Testing Profile) for a previous version (1.2) of the Modelio Free tool . The TFEL library is a collaborative effort of the French Atomic Commission and Électricité de France. TFEL mostly includes the MFront code generator. MFront is based on C++ and provides several domain specific languages which were designed to simplify the implementations of new material properties, mechanical behaviours and simple material models. A particular focus was made on mechanical behaviours which are by essence more complex and may have significant impact on the numerical performances of mechanical simulations. Various performance benchmarks show that the code generated using MFront is in most cases on par or better than other implementations, generally written in Fortran. For mechanical behaviours, MFront introduces interfaces for various finite element or FTT solvers (Cast3M, Code-Aster, ZeBuLoN, Abaqus, Europlexus, AMITEX_FFT, etc..). The authors hope that it will prove usefull for researchers and engineers, in particular in the field of solid mechanics.

ECL is a system-level specification language for HW/SW designs and is based on Esterel and C. The ECL compiler parses ECL, writes Esterel and C, and uses the Esterel compiler to produce an implementation. Originally developed at Cadence Berkeley Labs.

ACADO Toolkit is a software environment and algorithm collection for automatic control and dynamic optimization. It provides a general framework for using a great variety of algorithms for direct optimal control, including model predictive control, state and parameter estimation and robust optimization. ACADO Toolkit is implemented as self-contained C++ code and comes along with user-friendly MATLAB interface. The object-oriented design allows for convenient coupling of existing optimization packages and for extending it with user-written optimization routines.
