The TESTIMAGES archive is a huge and free collection of sample images designed for analysis and quality assessment of different kinds of displays and image processing techniques. The archive includes more than 2 million images originally acquired and divided in three different categories: SAMPLING and SAMPLING_PATTERNS (aimed at testing resampling algorithms), COLOR (aimed at testing color rendering on different displays) and PATTERNS (aimed at testing the rendering of standard geometrical patterns). ReViMS, a 3D volume rendering tool for light-sheet/confocal microscopy
Reconstruction and Visualization from Multiple Sections (ReViMS), an open-source, user-friendly software for automatically estimating volume and several other features of 3D multicellular aggregates (i.e., cancer spheroid, zebrafish, fruit fly). ReViMS requires a z-stack of 2D binary masks, obtained by segmenting a sequence of fluorescent images acquired by scanning the aggregate along the z axis, using a confocal or a light-sheet fluorescent microscope. It provides a number of tools for: (a) segmenting z-stacks of fluorescence images; (b) reconstructing the 3D surface of the aggregates and estimating several features (including the volume). ReViMS is written in MATLAB (The MathWorks, Inc., Massachusetts, USA). graphICs is a converter transforming GDS II-data to Asymptote-code
graphICs is used to visualize IC-layout-data from GDS II-files. It reads a stream of GDS II-records, optimizes it by removing objects smaller than a user-defined minimal size an writes it to Asymptote-code. This code can be translated via Asymptote to PDF, PNG or other formats. The output can be specified to be printed on an A-format paper, portrait or landscape, top/right, center or bottom/left align. To use graphICs you need to download the JAR-file containing the program (no installation needed) and the MAP-file containing the color-information for the design (you can modify it or you create your own). To create graphic or PDF-files you need to download Asymptote from asymptote.sourceforge.net. Imagine using the information extracted for statistical purposes, for creating reports and, more generally, to analyse your document archives in a way unthinkable until now with the current tools available. All this is possible within the Pentaho Suite, the Open Source Business Intelligence platform, which is useful to the extraction and analysis of structured and semi-structured data. With this goal (the extraction and analysis of data) has been designed and developed the CMIS Input plugin for Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle) that allows querying Content Management Systems that use the CMIS interoperability standard. The data, once extracted, can be stored and analyzed and perhaps presented in customized reports be published in various formats for the end user (PDF, Excel, etc..). -

Welcome to CSFigures, the generative rendering program for all sorts of interpretations of digital roots. Digital roots in this program are constructed on a basis of a multiplication table, but with alternate counting systems contrasted, different from 0-9. The data is then analyzed by adding the imaginary digital symbols together, to achieve a single digit number, or alternately working with heuristics such as finding the last digit of each number. You may see your options once you make a selection of your desired counting system length, and a text file of the first square root of the whole system is thereafter generated. SHOCKING NOTE: the system for 3 was once broken although it mimics every other, as well as the system for 66 and perhaps more!
