Open Source Forth Games for Linux

This project originally was about a megaman clone called "Game Developer Man". Game Developer Man, the game, has long since tanked. However this project has moved on to the KRGP.

FurionMUCK is a modern MUD server based on TinyMUCK and Fuzzball extensions. It uses a MySQL driven backend storage engine for improved reliability, functionality, scalability and stablity.

It is user-extensible, and newer versions (6.x) support advanced features such as GUI dialogs, through close client-server cooperation with Trebuchet or other clients that support MCP-GUI.

GatewayMU* is the result of a combination of what several of my friends and myself desire of a MUCK/MUD/MUSH/MU* client, a fully customizable integrated development environment with MUF and MPI support by default, and many wizards.

MAP is a software that allows to create and play text adventures. Text adventure or "interactive fiction" is software simulating environments in which players use text commands to control characters and influence the environment. They were among the first computer games. MAP includes tools to create the adventure and a runner that allows to play it. Source is available and open so both the runner and tools can be modified to fit the needs or style for each adventure/creator.

Muq is a network server that goes several design generations beyond MOO or Java in providing support for applications characterized by these five requirements: Multi-user, Persistent state, Complex data, Complex code, and Distributed networking.
