Comical is a portable CBR and CBZ viewer written in C++ using wxWidgets. It supports multiple image formats and uses high-quality image scaling algorithms to fit pages onscreen.

This program transforms the sound or the image using a single large FFT window and allows to do many interesting and strange effects to sounds and images. There is included another program who does extreme-time-stretch of the audio.

Origami Editor 3D is an advanced paper folding simulator. It uses a what-you-see-is-what-you-get interface and operates with a geometric abstraction of the Yoshizawa-Randlett system. Anything from a simple airplane to John Montroll's omega star can be folded in this editor. Origami files created with the program preserve the entire folding process, and they can be exported as folding diagrams in PDF, animated GIF files, or even as standalone Java programs displaying the origami in a 3D viewer when opened. The main purpose of this program is designing origami, but if you only want to learn how to make some origami figures, there is a set of built-in example files that can help you. Currently, there are 34 example figures available. Please note that this project was created for fun and still is a work in progress. PHIGS is an API standard for rendering 3D computer graphics. During the 1990's OpenGL became a more popular 3D API for professionals, and it still is today. PHIGS remains to be widely used in the film industry. Open PHIGS uses OpenGL for rendering graphics rather than implementing it's own abstraction layer to the graphics hardware, or using the PHIGS Extension to X (PEX). The reason for doing so is that today every graphics card manufacturer provides their own OpenGL implementation, which takes full advantage of the accelerated drawing capabilities in the hardware. PHIGS is a higher level API than OpenGL that works with a hierarchical scene graph. Models are built up in a Centralized Structure Store (CSS), a database containing the drawing primitives and their attributes (color, line style, etc.). CSSes cand be shared among a number of views, known under PHIGS as a workstation. PHIGS is defined by the ISO standards ISO/IEC 9592 & 9593. Open PHIGS provides a library for C.

Core3D is a lightweight framework for developing robust 3D Visualization and Simulation applications. The Core3D library provides structure and organization to speed up application development. Tightly coupled or interrelated functionalities are partitioned into groups. These groups ensure there is a separation of concerns. For example, the description of shapes and visual characteristics of a scene are separated from code that renders the scene on different graphics hardware. This code structure allows any developer to build a 3D application quickly without having to know much about rendering pipelines, event handling, threading, etc. The Core3D framework consists of a collection of very lightweight classes that model a complete 3D environment. The rendering classes interpret the modeling information directly into the underlying 3D Graphics API with minimal intermediate computations. Please check the Blog regularly for status updates.

Cowpie is an application for synchronizing character actions with sound files and animation tools like Blender and 3DS Max. Such actions include the phonemes of speech and facial expressions. Cowpie will also coordinate speech for multiple characters.
