The Subread software package is a tool kit for processing next-gen sequencing data. It includes Subread aligner, Subjunc exon-exon junction detector and featureCounts read summarization program. Subread aligner can be used to align both gDNA-seq and RNA-seq reads. Subjunc aligner was specified designed for the detection of exon-exon junction. For the mapping of RNA-seq reads, Subread performs local alignments and Subjunc performs global alignments. Winboard 4.5 32-bit is a free Windows accessible Chess program that works automatically with the JAWS or the free NVDA screen reader. It is for the blind, low sighted or those who can not use a mouse. It provides vocal announcements of position changes and other selectable board conditions. Blind players also use a separate "tactile chess board". Winboard 4.5 has full keyboard access to move pieces and run menu items. Implementations for the Revised Report language
This project offers open source implementations for UNESCO/IFIP's Algol 68 (the Revised Report language). The project offers two implementations: Implementation 1 is Algol68G: a recent checkout hybrid compiler/interpreter by Marcel van der Veer, supporting arbitrary arithmetic, partial parametrisation, complex numbers, POSIX threads, GNU plotutils, GNU scientific library, curses, sound, TCP sockets, RegEx and PostgreSQL. Inplementation 2 is algol68toc, a port by Sian Mountbatten of the vintage Algol68RS (UK Defense Research Agency) compiler. The implementation emits C code. -

prog89S52 is a utility for Linux on the PC, allowing programming of Atmel's AT89S52 microcontroller via the parallel printer port. Atmel's 89S are programmable via an SPI port and therefore require absolutely no additional components in order to program them in-system. This program requires a standard "Centronics" type PC parallel port (a bidirectional, EPP or ECP port is not required). A 5-way cable is required to connect the microcontroller to the port; wiring information is given in the included manual page. Remember that a clock source is required in order to program the device, and that EA must be tied to Vcc when programming the internal flash memory. Note that since prog89S52 uses ioperm() and friends to access the underlying port hardware, you may need to run it as root. Both binary and source may be freely distributed and modified, but both are provided without any form of express or implied warranty. -
