    Notion and Spark

    Spark to Notion integration allows you to send emails directly to Notion, transform emails into Notes, and create entire project briefs from emails. This integration comes as part of the Spark paid plans. 

    Connect Notion to Spark

    Mac Windows Android iOS

    Here are the instructions for Mac:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select Notion > Connect.

    OR

    1. Open the needed email.
    2. Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
    3. Select the Export to… option.
    4. Connect Notion.

    Here are the instructions for Windows:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select Notion > Connect.

    OR

    1. Open the needed email.
    2. Click CTRL K to open Command Center.
    3. Select the Export to… option.
    4. Connect Notion.

    Here are the instructions for Android:

    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Tap Settings > Integrations.
    3. Select Notion.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to log into Notion.

    OR

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Tap the More icon.
    3. Add Service > Select Notion.

    Here are the instructions for iOS:

    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Open Settings > Services.
    3. Select Notion.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to log into Notion.

    OR

    1. Open an email you wish to export.
    2. Tap the More icon at the bottom right.
    3. Add Service > Select Notion.
    Note: Connected Services don't sync between devices. If you want to use Notion with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately to each of them.

    Export an email to a Notion database

    Mac Windows Android iOS

    Here are the instructions for Mac:

    1. Open the needed email.
    2. Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
    3. Select the Export to… option.
    4. Alternatively, press Option O.
    5. Select the Email with Backlink or Back Link in the Attach email as: option. The Back Link option attaches the email as a link under the "Add a comment" section.
    6. Choose a Database for the task.
    7. Click Save to Notion.

    Here are the instructions for Windows:

    1. Open the needed email.
    2. Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
    3. Select the Export to… option.
    4. Alternatively, press Alt O.
    5. Select the Email with Backlink or Back Link in the Attach email as: option. The Back Link option attaches the email as a link under the "Add a comment" section.
    6. Choose a Database for the task.
    7. Click Save to Notion.

    Here are the instructions for Android:

    1. Open an email you wish to export.
    2. Tap the More icon.
    3. Select Notion.
    4. Choose export options: an Email or Link.
    5. Select Database.
    6. Add remark, if needed.
    7. Save.

    Here are the instructions for iOS:

    1. Open an email you wish to export.
    2. Tap the More icon at the bottom right.
    3. Select Notion.
    4. Choose export options: an Email or Link.
    5. Add Remark, if needed.
    6. Save.
    Note: Attachments cannot be exported to Notion at the moment.

    Remove the connected integration

    Mac Windows Android iOS

    Here are the instructions for Mac:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select Notion > Disconnect.

    Here are the instructions for Windows:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select Notion > Disconnect.

    Here are the instructions for Android:

    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Tap Settings > Integrations.
    3. Select Notion.
    4. Tap Remove Account.

    Here are the instructions for iOS:

    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Open Settings > Services.
    3. Select Notion.
    4. Tap Remove Account.
