We have one of the slowest hiring speed in the industry and are extremely intentional about who we bring on board. We have neither the appetite nor the capacity to grow at all costs, and no plans to take on any external funding.
Supertype is 100% owned by the founders and the engineers who work tirelessly to make it happen. Alya Dwinanda

Alya has stints in both the public and private sectors, including as an AI researcher at Indonesia's national research agency BRIN, after roles at Your Comms Group (London, UK) and Life Support Yamano (Japan). Her research experience centers around CNN (convolutional neural networks), RAG (retrieval augmented generation) systems and knowledge graph construction, and she's a global semi-finalist in the Global Startup Challenge where she presented her work in Seoul National University, South Korea.

Jonathan was the award-winning Project Manager for ITB's famed Inkubator IT group, spearheading various project teams in areas such as marketplace and even a quantum computing simulation designed for a hospital queue management system. Kevin Sanjoto


Kevin spent 10 years trading exotic derivatives for major investment banks across the world (Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas) before settling in Indonesia to found PegiPegi, Indonesia's second largest online travel agency later sold for an 8-digit sum.
Over the last decade, Kevin has co-founded several high-growth startups, overseeing a few exits as CEO-founder, becoming a venture partner at Kejora Capital, taking on the board member role at several other companies, and a successful exit of computer vision startup Alfabeta. His latest ventures includes Notapos AI and Superpos AI, companies that leverage on generative AI to help notaries and legal professionals manage their documents and contracts.

Dr Eric is a senior lecturer in the Finance faculty at the Nanyang Business School, NTU. He is also a board member in Singapore Fintech association and holds a MS Financial Engineering from Columbia University and a Phd in Finance from EDHEC. He has experience working in the financial sector for almost 20 years with deep interests in the applications of AI/ML and Blockchain in finance.

1. Take Ownership

4. Take longer strides

Once a decision is made, pursue it with vigor and speed. If you're not in the right mental frame to work, take a break rather than dragging your feet.
