Our spacious Infrared Sauna accommodates up to three people comfortably. Sessions are 45 minutes and include access to shower facilities to help you refresh and reset for the rest of your day.

If you are enjoying the sauna as a group, please ensure a room is booked for each guest at the same time (e.g. Room 1 for one person, Room 2 for another). All guests will share the same sauna during the session.
