EU – Ukraine customs and tax cooperation. As of 2022, Ukraine became a candidate country and acceded the Common Transit Convention (CTC) and update of the Association Agreement Customs Cooperation Annex XV.

EU - China customs relations – a foundation for strategic partnership

The trade part of the EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) is provisionally applied as from 21 September 2017.

Specific provisions that apply in trade between the EU and Ceuta and Melilla as well as between Ceuta and Melilla and other countries having free trade agreements with the EU.

EU-Canada relations

EU – Georgia customs and tax cooperation. Updated Association Agenda as of March 2022. Became a potential candidate country in June 2022.

The bilateral Trade Development and Co-operation Agreement establishes a free trade area between the EUC and South Africa.

EU – Hong Kong customs cooperation

An agreement with India on customs co-operation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters was signed in Brussels on 28 April 2004

The agreement

EU – Republic of Moldova customs and tax cooperation. As of 2022, became a candidate country and signed a mutual recognition of Authorized Economic Operators (AEO) with the EU.

The EU-Norway Agreement on administrative cooperation, fight against fraud and assistance on recovery of claims in the field of VAT entered into force on 1 September 2018 after being initialled in May 2017.
