Delphine Chauvier

Delphine Chauvier (b. January 18, 1977) is a Belgian actress specialized in dubbing.
She is known for being the French voice of Julia Blaze in Inazuma Eleven, Pacifica Northwest in Gravity Falls, and many Pokémon in various Pokémon animated series, films and videogames.
