Text: 347-450-4066 Please allow time for replies. ⸻ CLIENT ELIGIBILITY • No used bundles for new clients — no exceptions. • Natural hair must be 6 inches or longer. • Do not book if experiencing thinning edges, balding, excessive shedding, Alopecia, Psoriasis, or Dermatitis. • I specialize in sleek, polished installs only — no yaki, kinky, coarse, or curly textures. • I do not offer flip-overs. ⸻ ADD-ONS & ADDITIONAL FEES Trims / Haircuts: A trim is a haircut — I’m not dusting ends or clipping two strands. If your ends are damaged, uneven, or see-through, the haircut add-on starts at $50. Hair length/density fee: + $35 This fee applies if your natural hair is: • Shoulder-length or longer • Very thick or dense • Or deemed long/dense at the appointment No exceptions — this fee is now mandatory, even if you notify me ahead of time. ⸻ HOW TO PREP Come fully detangled — I handle the shampoo. If removing a previous style, pre-wash at home before your appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made 48 hours or less before your appointment will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. To reschedule, you must reach out 48 hours in advance. Any reschedule request made same-day is considered a same-day cancellation and will be charged 100% of existing balance before rebooking. Appointments can only be rescheduled within 10 days of the original date — otherwise, a new booking is required.
