IHG has a longstanding commitment to fight human trafficking and improve the lives of survivors. Today, together with Hilton and Hyatt, we’re proud to introduce a new comprehensive human trafficking prevention training curriculum – available at no cost to the wider hospitality industry. Developed with Protect All Children from Trafficking (PACT) and Unboxed Training & Technology, the survivor-informed programme uses live action video storytelling and is available via PACT’s website. PACT will administer the training, and Unboxed has created a scalable, multilingual learning experience aligned with shared industry standards. The training will be available to independent owners, operators and brands throughout 2026. This collaboration is supported by the AHLA Foundation and exemplifies its No Room for Trafficking (NRFT) initiative – uniting our industry’s efforts to prevent human trafficking and support survivors. #IHG #HumanTraffickingPrevention #NoRoomForTrafficking

A milestone moment for Ruby Hotels by IHG with its first US signing ❤️ Less than a year after joining IHG as our 20th brand, Ruby Hotels is set to make its US debut with an exciting new signing in the heart of downtown Chicago. Located just steps from the Magnificent Mile, the historic Inn of Chicago will be thoughtfully transformed into a vibrant, design-led hotel that blends modern urban style with the building’s rich heritage. Planned as a 22-storey hotel with 412 rooms, the property will feature a reimagined lobby and bar experience complete with a rooftop terrace offering skyline views of the Windy City – creating an energetic social hub for travellers and locals alike.
