By 1968 Powell was making visits to Northern Ireland where he was active in the support of the Unionist cause. In NI, he was supplied with young teenagers by Eric Witchell , who ran the boy's home Williamson House. Powell was also vulnerable to severe embarrassment over Kincora, a venue used by the deep state for purposes of organised child sexual abuse, for purposes of sexual blackmail.[1]
In 2015, Powell was named in a Church of England review into historical child sex abuse concerning the 1980s. One of its spokespersons told the press that: "The name Enoch Powell was passed to Operation Fernbridge on the instruction of Bishop Paul Butler".[1]
