George Hunter White (a.k.a. 'Morgan Hall') was a "Federal Bureau of Narcotics agent and CIA asset heavily involved in the Company's ventures into LSD.[1]

Both Richard Helms and William Colby were students of White's.[2]
Activities
White, under the alias 'Morgan Hall' ran Operation Midnight Climax for Sidney Gottlieb. He "seems to have had a perverse fascination with dosing people unwittingly with LSD".[3]
