John Mark Dougan is a US policeman in Florida. He was granted political asylum in Russia after fleeing there.
Career
Dougan was a US marine.
Political asylum
Russia gave Dougan political asylum in connection with the Epstein Affair.[1] Dougan features in a 2018 special Russian TV documentary: Breaking Bad Wolf: One Crazy Journey from Palm Beach Cop to Russian Exile broadcast worldwide in several languages.
He is now running "disinformation" ops for Russia according to Newsguard.[2]
