A few things to know before connecting Campaign Monitor and Salesforce.

What counts as an active subscriber?
An active subscriber is an email address with active status on a Campaign Monitor subscriber list. Add up the active subscribers across all your lists when using the calculator.
What if an email address is on more than one list?
Each active list membership counts separately. If the same email address is active on five lists, it counts as five active subscribers.
What happens when my subscriber count changes?
On the anniversary of your billing date each month, we check your active subscriber count and bill for the corresponding pricing band.
How does the free trial work?
Install a free 14-day trial of Campaign Monitor for Salesforce, including Premium features. Follow the setup guide
Can I try it in a Salesforce sandbox?
Yes. Sandbox trials run for 30 days by default and can be extended up to 90 days on request. With a paid production licence, you can use as many sandboxes as you need for testing.
How do I purchase or cancel?
Purchases are handled by Salesforce Checkout, which supports most card types. Prices are in US dollars and subscriptions renew monthly. You can change your plan or cancel at any time. Read the billing guide
What support is included?
Premium includes product email support from our UK-based team and access to the knowledge base. Enterprise includes priority email support. Browse support
