Inevitably, at some point you will need help. That's especially true of a complicated module like Rules. In this guide we give you advice on how to solve problems with Rules, where to go to for help (and more importantly how to ask for help), and how to determine if you found a bug and report it so the Rules maintainers can fix it.

And of course, we can't address these topics without talking about Open Source software and the role of the user (you) in supporting, developing, and maintaining Rules.
